Wali Interiors LLC is not a standard contracting service; we are a specialized commercial design-build firm operating in Chicago, Illinois.
Our foundation is built on elite, international experience. Founder Tawfiq Wali began his career in 1999, absorbing high-level architectural and structural discipline before establishing his own independent contracting firm in 2002. For the next 18 years, he successfully owned and operated his business, directing major commercial projects across highly demanding markets including Kuwait, Dubai, Milan, and Manhattan.
In 2023, Wali Interiors LLC officially launched in Chicago. We bring a uniquely powerful advantage to local business owners: the sophisticated project management and value-engineering skills of a global operator, applied directly to Chicago’s strict municipal codes and local workflows.
We know how to read complex architectural data, manage diverse trade professionals, and seamlessly integrate interior design skills to deliver ground-up works for restaurants, coffee shops, retail units, and medical clinics.
